When in doubt -> Hit the Gym or at least go for a walk 

In short: 

When u move ur right hand, the left part of ur brain is working

When u move ur left hand, the right part of ur brain is working

When u do sports, u’re moving both ur right and ur left hand ( and legs etc…)

 -> both parts of ur brain are working 

This will help make the thoughts in ur head clearer and generate new ideas. 

This being said never work for 2 consecutive days without hitting the Gym. Your productivity and creativity will drop , and this is the last thing u want!

If u already work and don’t workout: 

1- You're a pouspouss

2- Just know that u’re only at 20% of ur creative and productive potential.

When u feel like u hit a plateau and u can’t come up with new ideas or don’t have energy to put in productive hours of meaningful work , do some fucking pushups and go for a run and see the magic happen after 1-2 hours.
