Hire New Clients using the Spider Web Strategy :

As an agency owner, yes setting up an agency page and doing outreach still works but its over saturated. 

The second option is to run ads , but it will cost you money (not too much though) . 

The following strategy is both Time and Cost efficient . 

Text your existing clients you have right now but do NOT tell them that you need more clients. 

Just say : 

"Hey, I cleared up some spots from the agency recently due to some clients being lazy. 

I am running a new affiliate program where if you find me a client, you'll get a cut of our commissions from the first 3 months"

You will have new clients the next day. Trust me. 

Your current clients can EASILY find you other clients. And by hitting them up with the affiliate program, they’ll be even more motivated. 

Then you do the same with the new client and then the next and the next. 

They wont teach u this in school .
