THE ONLY 4 WAYS TO GET LEADS
CHAPTER 5 (Last one)
Chap 5: CORE 4 ON STEROIDS
The Power of More, Better, New
Unlocking the full potential of the Core Four (Warm Reach Outs, Free Content, Cold Reach Outs, and Paid Ads) is essential for attracting engaged leads. However, to take your efforts to the next level, focus on three simple principles: More, Better, New.
A) MORE: The Rule of 100
Boost your engagement by doing more of what you're already doing. Embrace the Rule of 100, a straightforward approach that involves taking 100 primary actions every day for 100 consecutive days. Tailor this rule to each Core Four element:
1. Warm Reach Outs: Send 100 personalized messages daily via email, text, calls, etc.
2. Free Content: Dedicate 100 minutes daily to create and release valuable content on various platforms.
3. Cold Reach Outs: Initiate 100 outreach efforts daily, utilizing emails, texts, calls, and flyers. Consider automation/outsourcing for cold advertising.
4. Paid Ads: Invest 100 minutes daily in creating impactful ads like direct response media, podcasts, and seminars. Run these ads consistently for 100 days, following the calculated daily budget.
Pro Tip: More Ads = Better Ads = More Leads
Take a cue from top advertisers on Facebook. The most successful 0.1% of advertisers test eleven times more creatives, emphasizing the importance of quality and quantity in advertising. The more you do something, the better you get at it.
B) BETTER: Focus on Constraints
Identify constraints: points where leads drop off during the customer journey. Example: Most leads are dropping off on the landing page, or on the contact form etc … Concentrate your efforts on the step with the most significant drop-off, see what you can improve or change in this step-in order to lower the quantity of drop-offs, so you can achieve optimal results.
Pro tip: Do not making multiple changes at once. Test one element per week per platform.
Here is why:
1. Isolated Learning: Testing one thing at a time helps you understand what works.
2. Interconnected Steps: Changes can affect subsequent steps (if you make a change in step 1, it can affect something in step 2 or 3). That’s why it’s crucial to isolate variables.
3. Strategic Prioritization: When you change one thing at a time, it will force you to prioritize the changes that will get you the most engaged leads (because you don’t have unlimited time to make 1000 changes), so you’ll focus only on the things that matter most.
4. Data Sufficiency: Running tests for a week will provide sufficient data for you to analyse and then adapt/improve (less than a week is too short, longer is too long, 1 test/week is perfect)
Pro Tip: Front > Back
Focus on the front end of the customer journey, emphasizing elements like the call out, value elements, offer, and CTA. These steps often yield the highest returns for minimal improvements.
C) NEW: Expand Your Horizons
When "More" and "Better" reach diminishing returns, explore "NEW." There are always more leads to capture.
1. New Placements: Explore different content styles or formats within existing platforms.
2. New Platforms: Expand to untapped platforms with known content styles.
3. New Core Four Activities: Introduce entirely new Core Four elements for a fresh approach (if u were doing exclusively free content & paid ads, start doing warm or cold calls)
Action Step:
Exhaust "More & Better" before exploring "New." Progress from new placements to new platforms and new Core Four activities, focusing on what yields the most leads for the effort invested.
CONCLUSION
Let's recap the essential points from each of the Core Four methods.
1-to-1 to a Warm Audience - Warm Reach Outs:
The art of connecting with your warm audience.
Through personal messages, calls, and emails, reach out to those who already know you.
Build your list -> make them offers they can't refuse -> Build trust -> expand your customer base.
1-to-many to a Warm Audience - Posting Content:
Providing valuable content consistently across various platforms.
The three components: Hook, Retain, and Reward.
Do not ask for a sale directly and instead focus on giving value -> you're positioning yourself as a trusted authority, inviting your audience to come to you when they're ready to buy.
1-to-1 to a Cold Audience - Cold Reach Outs:
Build TRUST by knowing: how to contact them, what to say, and how to share your amazing stuff effectively.
VOLUME, AUTOMATION, and continuous FOLLOW_UPs will ensure that you're making the most out of reaching a new audience and converting them into engaged leads.
1-to-many to a Cold Audience - Paid Ads:
Crafting successful paid ads.
Select the right platform, target the right audience, create the ad, and get permission to contact them.
Financial side of paid advertising: Track your money, lose money in the beginning (initial testing), then start printing money (scaling).
Remember, successful paid ads are about knowing the numbers.
Core 4 on Steroids:
Elevate your lead generation game with the "More, Better, New" approach.
Adopt the Rule of 100 for each Core Four method, Focusing on constraints (drop-off points) to improve engagement,
