Chap 1: WARM OUTREACH  

1-to-1 to a Warm Audience

Warm reach outs are when you make one-to-one contact with your warm audience - aka - the people who know you.

 (Call, texts, emails, direct messages, voicemails, etc...)

When you contact them, you let them know about your offer (or your lead magnet)

How To Do Warm Reach Outs in 9 Steps:

Step 1: Get your list

-Your phone contacts

-All the contacts and addresses from your emails

-All your followers on social media.

Add all these contacts up. Congrats, now you have a list of your warm audience.

You can start outreaching.

Step 2: Pick a platform

Start outreaching on one platform only in the beginning. Pick the platform where you have the most contacts on.

 

Step 3: Personalize your message

Use something u know about the contact as your actual reason to reach out.

If you don’t have much personal info, you can check their social media profiles to learn a bit about them first.

 

Step 4: Reach out

 Reach out to ONE. HUNDRED. PEOPLE. EVERY. FUCKING. DAY. 

This is a numbers game. The more you reach out, the higher the chance that you close a client.

 

Step 5: ASK + FREE OFFER/DISCOUNT/TRIAL

 After initiating a conversation with them (3-4 exchanges).  

You want to let them know about your offer (or lead magnet).

 This is how I do it (you can steal it): 

" By the way, do u know anybody who is (describe their problem, the one that your service/product will solve) looking to (the dream outcome, the result your service/product provides)? I’m taking on five case studies for free, because that’s all i can handle.

I just want to get some testimonials for my service/product. "

 + send them reviews from your customers (if u have some). 

This way I:  

1- Didn’t sound pushy since I didn’t try to sell THEM. Instead, I asked them if they know SOMEONE.

If they’re interested, they’ll take the offer.

2- I described their PAIN, and made it clear that my product/service will help them SOLVE THIS PAIN.

3- I created URGENCY since I’m only taking the next 5 persons.

4- I reduced their RISK to ZERO, since I’m offering it for free (they have nothing to lose) + I’m not being shady since I stated what’s the reason behind my free offer: I want testimonials.

5- I showed them that IT WORKS by showing them I have social proof (reviews, testimonials etc.)

 

Step 6: Make them an offer they can’t refuse

 Make it easy for them to say YES, by:  

1- Make it FREE

2- Add so much value and bonuses that they would feel stupid saying no

3- Make it simple and fast to use (don’t offer them a complicated product/service that would cost them TIME)

 

Pro tip: Tell them that if they liked your product/service, all you ask from them is:

1- A testimonial

2- To share it with friends that might also like it

 

Spoiler:

That doesn’t mean you’ll always get a YES. If they say NO, ask them for feedbacks. "What would I have to do to make it worth it for you to continue?" 
Improve your product/service based on their answer, and see if they’re now willing to take on your offer, if not, just move on to the next.

Step 7: Start Charging

Once people start referring other people to you, start charging. Swap out "FREE" to "80% OFF", then "60% OFF”, then "40% OFF for the next five" etc …

 

Step 8: Scaling

 After reaching out to all the leads on one platform, switch to the platform you the second most leads on, then the third etc…

Step 9: Keep Your List Warm

Give regular value to your lost via email, social media etc …

After you’ve been giving value for a while. Send them a message "Are you still looking for (dream outcome)?" You ask to see who replies.

The persons who reply might be interested in an offer. So, talk to them and close the sale.
